I saw some people were not happy about how it tasted so I'm starting from there. It's refreshing, fruity + herbal taste. I put one packet in a small regular 16oz bottle of water, shake it and drink it. One time I let it sit for a while like hours when it was half left, and it became a little bitter than original taste but it wasn't horrible at all. I like how refreshing and even sweet it is! No problem drinking it at all as far as the taste is concerned.It dissolves easily with vigorous shake of the bottle itself. If someone's using a cup for dissolving it, it might need a lot of stirring though.As far as the function is concerned, we all know there's no magic for weight loss. I've been only taking it for a week or so now, every day, especially after I eat lunch or dinner. I didn't set specific time to drink it. But I want to make sure I'm not empty stomach because I get stomach upset/sick easily from anything. So far no problem having stomach sick, but I made sure not drinking it in empty stomach.Overall I feel ok about the product but I will come back for how I feel about its function, such as blood circulation.

It is not dissolving well after shaking it a lot and I bought 3 packs!My first box was easy to dissolve I might have gotten it from a different seller.

Very bad product. Having a huge headache after drinking the product.

The flavor is great, but it really gets SUPER bitter when you let it sit for too long.

So I'm not a big fan of drunk stuff like this because they all taste blah. This one is no different, I mean it's not a horrible taste (personally I think a citrus flavor would be best), but the trick is to drink it immediately and not sip on it. It's forced me into a good habit of getting down a first glass of water before drinking my coffee and my water intake has also increased.I've been using this along with FOODOLOGY Coleology Cutting Jelly and FOODOLOGY Coleology Cut for 2 months now. I've lost in that 2 months 6.8lbs. Which may not seem like much but for my age, hypothyroidism, and the fact that I do not workout as much as I should or would like (unless if you call yard work exercise), that's about average and I'm rather content. My gut seems to be appreciating these supplements as well. I don't feel bloaty.The main complaint I have aside from the drink mix taste is that there is ONLY 15 sticks of the drink mix a box and 10 jelly a box. At the price it is that's a 2 week supply it should be a 30 day supply or there should be offered to get a 30 day supply. Although I will be purchasing the 3 box offer but sheesh $90 for a month and 2 weeks.

I was very excited to get this, but I couldn’t get though one packet the taste was horrible!!!

Helps with my work outI take it while working out, I seem to sweat more and feel more refreshed post-workout! It's not overly sweet so it's easy for anyone to consume.
