The media could not be loaded. Digital alarm clock. This is definitely not for a beginner. You must at least have good soldering iron experience. this is my first time actually soldering surface mounted components SMD. As you can see by the photos, the components are very small you will need magnifying glasses. Also the instructions are not in English it’s all Chinese so you will need some knowledge of electrical components. making sure/ ic’s /diode’s/led’s/are all the right way around the polarity.

The QR code on the instructions does not work and the supplied instructions are only in Chinese so had use Google translate for help.Unhelpfully, some of the components are not labelled which makes identification difficult further complicating the build.After completing the build, the Ip seems to have failed during the programming sequence, so we have not managed to have it functioning.Fortunately, the cost the item was low, but would not recommend.

Not an easy build. Instructions in chinese. Parts plan on Amazon’s page is not correct. Some parts unidentifiable. Capacitors. Had to make an educated guess based on number of items supplied. Needless to say the item does not work.

this is not for beginners as the smds are very small and hard to solder but i found this to be very good quality and worked first time bad points is the instructions are impossible to find on there web site which needs to be addressed i did find them on a website who were selling this product and after this it was very simple to follow. overall i found this to be very good product

Bit fiddly but good value

This one was faulty, everything assembled as per schematic but fault on pin 10 as leds 56 to 60 do not illuminate. As there are no instructions in English and qr code inactive it is impossible to properly fault find or operate. Will be asking amazon to look into this as it seems a lot of people are having issues.

It does include all "necessary parts" (but obviously not tools) but does not have "clear and easy instructions and labelled parts". This is marketed at completely the wrong audience.This kit is good value for money IF you are already experienced in this field.I would have given 5 stars just for the kit - but it boasts easy instruction, which it does not have. so 3 stars
