Enjoying my bread making, texture and quality of flour is great, combining with another gluten free flour. Great value for the pack size.

Good value flour I made cakes and turned out yummy

As described and good value for the price. The flour smells really nice and is easy to work with. I used it with almond flour to make keto bread. The bread came out fine but was not to my likely due to the high egg count. I will look too try other low carb recipes with this flour as low carb recipes are new to me. Tbf without using wheat flour, gluten & yeast everything will taste very different.

I'm a professional raw food chef and educator and as such have tried several brands of coconut flour. The issue is that it's a product that easily turns rancid, imparting a dreadful sour taste to your food.So I prefer to purchase smaller amounts regularly and this pouch is an ideal size. It's a great product as a thickener/binder for raw cakes and treats such as the raw carrot cake bites pictured. It adds a 'cakey' quality. It does have a mild coconut fragrance without overwhelming and is sufficiently fine textured for desserts.

A little goes a long way due to its high absorbency, so it’s quite economical too. This however can be problematic if using for baking as it is not like for like in terms of weight as normal flour. A great food cupboard staple for healthy and creative cooking.

I’ve just use this packet twice one to bake a pizza crust and 2nd to bake a cake and I love the way it’s turned out perfect alternative if you’re on a no carb or keto diet, and I still still have some left, so good value for money as well much cheaper on here than it is in the supermarkets
