This worked great for a while until I put it in the dishwasher and a tiny part fell out. Then it was unusable. I will not purchase again.Update: the seller sent me a new lid free of charge along with an additional lid of a different style. I have put both in the dishwasher and all the parts have remained in tact and the straw lid is perfectly functional. I would gladly order from this company again.

Just started using on my water bottles - no leaks and it fit great. I had to cut the straw to fit lengthwise and my old straws don’t work with this lid (and visa versa - new straws don’t work with old lid). But I got the straw with the lid and it works great with my glacier point water bottle, so I am happy

Great overall water bottle. I initially had problems with the straw and ordered a replacement. The support team was super helpful in providing a replacement and further assisting when issues.were identified with delivery.

We bought one of these and, after receiving it and finding that it fit properly and seemed to be a decent product, we bought 3 more. Unfortunately, after minimal use by an adult, the clear plastic flip up spouts on each of them broke off...these are simply not fit for their intended purpose. The lids were neither abused nor misused; they are simply not useable for their intended purpose.

I love my Topoko water bottle, i've had it for a while and it's the best I've ever owned because it doesn't leak! So I was glad I was able to find a replacement top/straw for it after I accidentally put my other straw in the dishwasher and it melted. I didn't want to have to buy a whole new water bottle and this fits perfectly for a great price.

the BIGGEST downfall to this product is that it has a small plastic piece that plugs up a hole near the base of the mouthpiece. once you lose that piece and it's easy to do, you're basically stuck with a "cracked straw". you then have to use your finger to cover the hole while you drink to make it effective. too bad they didn't sell those replacement pieces.update 6/28/2018the company reached out and sent 2 replacement, another straw top and a sports bottle top. the straw top STILL HAS THE SAME FLAW. so once i loose that piece, it's back to doing what i've been doing with the other 2 that i previously purchased. why don't you just sell those pieces? well, i upgraded the rating from one star to 3 for the response and sending the replacement but the product is still bad.

This works great for my daughter’s 18 oz hydro flask. She loves it. I think it’s a bit small for an adult- the handle part hits my nose b/c the mouth piece is a little short. Not a problem for my daughter though.

I want to LOVE this straw lid. I love the loop for ease of carrying which was the reason for purchase. I've had it for almost two months now and have lost the "tiny plug" that makes the suction work. It won't stay in. First time I found it, the second time I wasn't as lucky. Now in order for it to work i have to plug the hole with my finger. If that was the only thing I might over look it although very bothersome. Additionally the actual straw part that goes into the hydro flask isn't very thick & is very hard to get in the hole, making you not want to remove it to clean. I wish it was more functional because I like the loop for carrying so much better than my other brand one. I don't see the straw lasting very long even if it wasn't so hard to take apart.UPDATED: 6/9/18 I have since been contacted by TOPOKO asking if they could replace my lid. They have and sent me an additional lid to try as well. Now I've only had it for a week but my new lid the straw was MUCH easier to get into the lid hole making cleaning easier! And so far the plug has stayed in place. I LOVE the HANDLE and carried it all over Disneyland this week. I gave another star for the customer service I received all on their part. If the plug stays in place I will give it 5 stars! Want to try it a bit longer. I use my hydro every single day. I take it everywhere, its all I drink out of. So if it can stand the test of time and use 5 stars it is!
