So I bought this in June Thinking it will help throughout my 45 days trip, well it worked at home for a couple time so I thought it s good, once I started my trip that is it , did not work at all, when I came back from my trip it was too late to return through Amazon but I contacted the seller hoping to work it out and so far have not heard from themi could ve given them a zero if I can

Doesn't work at all. It seemed like it would be a good set up but you can't clamp to the scope without crushing it and even then it flops around all over the place. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get it lined up with the camera. I tried on three different phones and the all looked like you were looking down a wrapping paper roll tube.

Horrible idea using a suction cup yo hold your equipment. I snapped iny pixel 2 and checked the seal so far looks good 5 mn later and my pixel2 has a broken screen.

Works better than the Orion starshoot 52175 telescope cam that I cannot write a review on as I did not get it from Amazon but sems to need a separate add on lense to make things come into focus compared to using my cellphone with this adapter.

Very cool product. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the rubber on the suction cup is starting to wear/ wrinkle. The suction still holds okay but it was definitely better before the rubber wear. Especially only being used a hand full of times.

The rubber that holds the phones constantly falls off, it doesn’t tighten properly around the lens, and it doesn’t allow for fast adjustment so by the time it’s placed properly the image has moved and you have to start over.

Looks like a great product. The material is solid and gears work well. The only probably is that the "jaw" doesn't open wide enough for the Swarovski eyepieces on the spotting scopes. I can't use it and have to return. Definitely good quality for the price if it'll fit your optics.

Universal mount for smart phone. This will do the job. It's difficult to get adjusted properly for the camera location and the lock screws do not hold their position well. Does not work well with thick phones.
