Great Buy
I needed something that had small cone openings because I have keratosis. I need ed something that I could put just on the keratosis section in order to use it with my freeze gun and pinpoint a small area so these little cones worked perfect.

These are a versatile product!
It can be attached to instruments to look in your ears throat etc, but it can also be added to various sprays to get precise location hit with as in freeze away warts or skin tags etc where you don't want to get it on the surrounding skin area.

Use some cotton for best results
I haven't read all of the reviews so somebody may have already suggested this. Instead of growing a third hand to apply this stuff to the problem area, fill the little cone with about 3/4 loose cotton. (See the photos). Squirt some freezing liquid into the cotton then you can "paint" the afflicted area with just one hand. Don't pack it in there too tight. You will have to adjust the amount of cotton by testing. After two tries it worked so perfectly I couldn't believe the manufacturer doesn't suggest doing this. I thought the price was excessive so only 4 stars.

Not what I expected - cone diameters too small
The diameters of the individual cones are too small to facilitate freezing of various skin tags/AKs etc. I got better results using a drafting circle template and blue painter's tape to cover the unused holes to prevent overspray before applying the spray freezing compound.

Speculums
Bought this product as a complement to my liquid freeze product and it certainly helps in pinpointing the width of the target area. Great product.

Eh
Avoid these and the spray. Doesn't work.

Used with a pointed q-tip
Spraying liquid freeze or any liquid topical medication into the cut end of the hollow tube of a pointed or regular q-tip inserted into the speculum controls application of any liquid to a spot of any size.

Works great when used as directed
These are great for freezing away warts, skin tags and other blemishes. These are not designed to be attached to the can but to be pressed against the skin with the target inside the 2,3,4,5,6 mm hole. The speculum is then filled with the cryoliquid of your choice and contains the liquid while it works its freezing magic against the target. Thus ONLY the target area is frozen and the surrounding tissue untouched.Other reviewers suggest using tape to hold the speculum onto the skin. I have not tried this but in retrospect it would have made the job easier.
