No need for elbow grease
Works great with pink stuff. Used on all my grout in my shower and it came up great with no real elbow grease required from me.The different attachments make getting into the corners easy.

Put batteries in and it wouldn’t work. So annoyed

Doesn't work
The media could not be loaded. Product did not work. Did not test it when first bought. Opened today to use. Put new batteries in and it does not work. Wasted money. Do not reccommed.

Great customer service
Fab product! Wish I’d found this sooner. It has revolutionised my cleaning, allowing me to get into nooks and crannies I couldn’t get to before. It’s also so much more efficient and easier than trying scrub by hand. Would highly recommend.I had an issue with my cleaning brush after a couple of months and their customer service was amazing. It’s not often you find customer service who reply promptly and are genuinely helpful, so this was a real breath of fresh air. 🙂
