Looks and works great

I installed it in my pickup truck. Drilled an extra hole on the top for added stability. Used the supplied screws for a total of 3 screws used. For the price it’s worth it to keep your mags in order and off the floor.

Pleasantly surprised that they had 3m adhesive on the back as I didn’t read that in the description. Decided to stick them to the side of my safe for now. Holding loaded mags, I can tell the sticky is starting to peel off from the top after only 1 day. Maybe it’ll be ok, if not I’ll screw them to the wall. Definitely glad I decided to buy these instead of the cheaper ones as I’m not sure they’d hold up to the weight as well. I have gen2 and gen3 pmags on these holders. Both clip in and hold securely. Gen2 maybe a touch better than gen3 but no issues holding either.

I'd give this product 4 stars for my application, but read on to see if the way I mounted it would be the same for you.First off the mount itself. The mounting rack is as described, it holds AR-15 mags well. I've got a variety of AR-15 mags and it holds them all, and they lock into place securely. When you take the mags out the holder won't scratch the mags. It's a great way to keep your gun safe organized.Second is the mounting. I chose to mount this to inside wall of my gun safe door. Everything that you are reading about the magnets being too weak and the included mounting hardware being useless are true. I wasn't using the magnets but there is no way the magnets could hold this thing up with the weight of 6 fully loaded mags. The same is true for the mounting screws if you are going into wood or softer material. I went and got flat head Philips machine screws, nuts, and washers and it locks down securely with those.With all that being said my rating is 4 stars because of the way I chose to mount it. If I had to rely on the magnets or the included screws I would have given it 1 star and returned it.

I was looking for an option for quick access to home protection mags. This does a great job of organizing and gives a tactical look to my closet too. Before my magazines would just lay on a the save in my closet and sometimes would get knocked off when looking for something. This is great. Made of very dense, what I would assume, injection molded plastic. It has some weight to it so it is definitely sturdy, and shouldn't break. I'm thinking about ordering a few more. And if you know any enthusiast, this would be a perfect gift for them as well.. and its not very expensive.

Works grea. Always know where those magazines are

These are great. The double sided tape was amazing when it came to mounting the mag holders. I leveled them and drilled the holes to install. They stayed level and had no movement before I bolted them to the cabinet. They hold the magazines tight and look fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone. This is my second order of this item.

The PMAGs fit in this holder just fine, nice and secure. But the magnets used are not strong enough. With six loaded 30 round mags installed, the unit wants to slide down my safe wall. And when trying to remove a mag, the whole things wants to come off the wall. Might work great if screwed into a wall, but not with just the magnets.
