I buy for my oldest sister - good item

Being I am now in my 60’s and after giving birth to 3 large sized sons plus being on Chemo amongst other health issues , I am now in need to wear these. Embarrassing as it is, its part of my life now. So I am also obese to put another nail in my coffin so I’ve tried quite a few different kinds of these. Most are exactly the same and if you can’t make it to the bathroom in time no matter what ones I was wearing they would either get my pants or skirt wet or outright soak through and make it a nightmare. Especially when I am having infusion Chemo. But this brand comes in one size bigger than most and yet still has the brief underwear style while the others if they do have this size are most times like a diaper. These absorb well, don’t leak outside the leg openings and are very durable. They work well for me and i also like that it has a set of blue lines on the back of the underwear to show you which is the back from the front. Well worth the price because in the end you’re using less of them or at very least not wasting some of them. .

I think these fit the best. There’s not too many choices in this size but I’ve tried a few and these were hands down the best for me. I carry all my weight in my butt & thighs which makes it difficult to find the right fit. I do stretch it out a little before putting them on. I lightly stretch the leg cuffs (carefully so they don’t tear) and I strech the top frilly part. They fit very comfortably when I do that. Before, they used to cut into my groin area but not anymore.

Some we have purchased are not big enough but these are great
