Perfect, multi purpose squeeze balls; My thoughts on these
The media could not be loaded. Shoulder surgery, functional in six months, full strength may take up to a year. Squeezing these little balls is a great help. If you’re tired, can’t move your shoulder and arm, still have swollen fingers, beginning to work on strength, or just want to help yourself as much as you can, these are perfect. The size is great. Can’t see that a bigger ball would be needed unless maybe you are a man with really big hands,?, and even then the purpose of these 2 inch balls isn’t to replace barbells. Some reviewers say there isn’t a difference between the soft and firm, there is. Another thing about these is their feel. They feel nice, pleasurable to hold. The feel isn’t plastic like, or sticky. There is no odor. They are not slippery and prone to being dropped. They are not cold feeling. They don’t get too warm. Really appreciate the material; it’s nice. Also on these: They are not for building giant muscles. They are to keep fingers moving, to help blood flow, reduce swelling and add a little strengthening for those that are doing recovery or just need this type of movement. And if you are wanting these for stress, can’t see why these wouldn’t be great..I have just reordered them. If I sit one on the sofa and it rolls across the room or under furniture, I can just wait till later to get it.Don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And I admit, I really like the colors . 🙃

Grow in strength and flexibility
The 3 stress balls come beautifully packed in a solid tube. I have decent hand and wrist strength. But as a senior, I have concerns about arthritis and want to do what I can to increase strength and stability. I have begun with the Middle ball and do more than simply squeeze it. I work it from all angles, using my full grip, then the thumb and second finger, the thumb and and the third. The ball is small enough to fit in my pant pocket or my satchel. Great investment

Well made.
Nice texture and size. The three different tension is perfect. They are easy to grip but super soft. I very much like the box they are stored in. I highly recommend this product.

Strengthen grip and relax tension anytime, anywhere
Bought this to relieve hand tension and strengthen grip after long hours on the computer. What I like• Comes in different resistance levels for gradual progression• Soft, durable material that doesn’t lose shape• Great for stress relief and physical therapy exercisesWhat could be better• Can get dirty easily—attracts lint and dust• Slightly small if you have larger handsBottom line: Simple and effective tool for hand rehab or daily stress relief. Perfect for office workers, seniors, or anyone with hand pain, but look at Gaiam Restore Hand Therapy Kit if you want more ergonomic shapes.

A must but for sprained wrist rehab
Rehabbing my sprained wrist. And even noticed an old sprained finger. This is a phenomenal brand and this product allows me to build up my tolerance. Great design great feel. Different resistance allows me to get a more functional training session with dual balls. Two balls, one palm. Oh yeah

Very Good Product
These are well-made therapy balls that are soft, medium, and hard. I like the container for them. I've just worked with them a couple of days, but their surface isn't slick, and they work well. I had surgery on the back of my left hand and needed to work the tendons to get my grip back.

My new pocket-sized stress buster — actually works better than yelling
I picked up this Serenilite hand therapy stress ball to help with wrist and hand stiffness from too many hours typing and juggling life in general. Spoiler: it’s way better than just clenching my fists and muttering under my breath. The ball’s the perfect size—not too squishy that it feels like a wet sponge, but not rock hard either. Gives just enough resistance to make your hand work without feeling like you’re trying to crush a bowling ball. Plus, it’s grippy enough that it won’t slip out mid-squeeze (which I’d swear would happen to me otherwise).I keep it at my desk and give it a few squeezes between emails or meetings. Honestly, it’s become a small daily habit that helps keep the tension down and the hand cramps away. Bonus: it’s discreet enough that no one thinks I’m having a meltdown at work.If you’re looking for a simple, cheap way to keep your hands moving and stress levels in check, this ball’s a solid pick. Just don’t get too carried away—you might find yourself squeezing it more than your actual problems.
