Not Bad
I am the type of person who does extensive research before beginning any endeavor including washing my car. I have been into detailing for more than 20 years so I take great pride in having a clean car with a nice finish. While doing research I came across one video where one of the top detailers in the world said one of the greatest advancements in detailing has been with cleaning cloths.I was thinking he has to be joking. Like really, cleaning cloths and today we have so many advancements in waxes and polishes until it is not funny. We also have excellent "waterless" wash products that work wonderfully and you say "rags" are one of the greatest advancements. He is a super professional so who am I to argue with him but I will say cleaning cloths make the world of difference when most people have just used towels or old tee-shirts and they have worked fine since people started washing cars. There is so much crap out in the market and of course, everyone claims to be the best. I have yet to find any formula that can give insights into a good cleaning cloth. In other words, I have purchased what was marketed as "Professional Grade Best in the World Cleaning Clothes" and they were garbage - just pushed water around and did not absorb at all. So every purchase is a gamble and you just hope the reviews are honest.I didn't expect much from these because they are heavily marketed but they really work very well. They are large, absorb very well, and are nice and thick. The price I paid was very fair so performance for the price was really exceptional. The Bottomline is, they work very well and the reviews are legit. No one wants to waste time washing a car and the more efficient a product is the better use of your time you will have.Very good product and I will order more at the price I purchased them at just to have some for the future. I also use Meguiar's X 2020 cleaning towel and it also works very well. The difference is, these are plush and the Meguiar's is sort of thin but still absorbs well.I have used Meguiar's for years so they have been a trusted ally. However, I must say these towels take it to another level. I was drying my car and even after washing it these towels came back with extra dirt that no other cloth I have used would have picked up. If they hold up well, then I cannot imagine what else one would want in a cleaning towel. Just a very good product that measures up to the hype. A very good purchase.

Widely considered the de-facto benchmark towel...and for good reason!
These are often regarded as the benchmark car wash towels and for excellent reason. The microfiber seems to be of excellent quality with one side having longer loops resulting in a fluffier feel that is great for drying your car or doing a 'soft buff' (i.e. Removing a gentle wax) while the other side has a much tighter nap that is excellent for removing/buffing polish, compound or other products that leave a crustiers residue. The dual sided nature makes the towel very diverse while the quality of the microfiber and the adequate density of the towels make them an all around excellent towel and 'jack of all trades' in the detailing world, if you would. And yes, the thread density isn't particularly high, but it is certainly not thin either (I received a couple towels in a kit that have the same type of dual sided build, but have a higher thread density - that's great for being able to absorb more water, but my opinion is that the effectiveness of the side with the shorter nap suffers a bit).In addition to the above the towels comes in two different sizes partially making up for the 'average' (for lack of a better word) thread density by providing more towel to absorb water. And while this doesn't have to do with the product itself, the price for the 16x24 (large) 6-pack is absolutely amazing. I bought a number of them for $14.70 which is 60%+ less than the price charged by all the other retailers (I've seen the 16x16 6-pack go for 40 bucks so the price is quite literally amazing). My only gripe is that after soaking the towel in the degreaser I use, which is the 3D orange natural degreaser (I do this to pre-treat my towels after using them to remove any stubborn spots of dirt/grime such as the black spots one gets from accidentally rubbing against window molding), causes the towel to fade fairly significantly. It doesn't effect the performance of the towel, but aesthetically I like the nice golden yellow color of the towel. And remember, microfiber towels are used to dry cars because of the 'split' shape of each individual thread which is made out of a synthetic material allowing the towel to capture dirt in the threads away from the surface and have a bit of a negative static charge attracting dust. The use of any kind of fabric softer, drier sheets, etc clogs up the crevices in the threads removing their advantage. Ditto to using overly hot water or drying the towels with the heat up too high. You should use a special microfiber detergent (which is basically just detergent with no additives, but you can get it fairly cheap so IMO it's not a scam to pick the stuff up), wash using the 'colors' setting (warm wash, cool rinse) and dry on low or no heat - heat melts synthetic threads so you should avoid excessive amounts. All in all, this towels is 'the bar' used by many and for excellent reason. There are plusher towels, towels that are excellent at absorbing large amounts of water, towels that have different color sides of which is useful for rinseless washes so that you don't re-use the dirty side, etc. But if you can only have 1 type of towel this guy wins since it can do it all and it can do it all well! And the fact that I picked up 6 packs of the 16x24 towel for basicall 2 bucks a pop is absolutely amazing on its own!

Work well for polish and wax removal as well as cleaning.
These towels are very soft and I always use these to apply a wax, sealant or ceramic coating to my cars because they also leave very little lint behind. I always keep these towels in my arsenal. The price isn’t bad either.
