This is one supplement I do not like to do without. It’s being a good source for my immune health by providing the adequate daily requirement for both Zinc and Copper in conjunction with probiotics for the betterment of the gut health. This is a staple item in my cabinet. Helps with the gut-brain barrier. Zinc Picolinate is the most researched kind of zinc and it contains 5 bill units of B subtilis which is a spore probiotic. I love it!

Also wondering why my new bottle has a blue tint to it compared to previous purchases of just white? I don’t feel safe using it.

I have taken this for over a year. Last fall I think something changed. This has given me an upset stomach no matter what I eat prior to taking or water drank. I am going to try a different brand.
