OKAY!! I'm a Fan now
The Altura Photo 49MM Lens Filter Kit I bought for my 50mm lens has really impressed me with its performance and results far! Each filter, in the set brings something to the table and has truly elevated my photography in various ways, I put all of them to the test and had a few things to say.The UV filter is really handy for protection – I always make sure it's on my lens to guard against dust and scratches as well as accidental fingerprints which we know happens from time to time! The best part is that it doesn't impact the image quality all; in fact, it helps keep my photos super sharp even in sunny conditions. The polarizer filter is a must have for photography enthusiasts like me! It works wonders by minimizing reflections, from water and glass while boosting the richness and depth of colors in my landscape photos. Using an ND filter enables me to capture images in daylight by slowing down the shutter speed without causing overexposure issues. Making it perfect for achieving motion blurs such as silky water flows or dynamic cloud movements; it's also handy for maintaining balanced exposure when aiming for a wide aperture, in shots requiring depth of field focus. The filters are crafted from top notch glass material. I haven't experienced any unexpected changes in color or distortions with them. Moreover, the case provided helps in keeping everything maintained and safeguards the filters when they are not being used. This set of filters is ideal, for photographers seeking to enhance their photographs with a range of filters. I strongly suggest it for its quality and effectiveness!

Bang for the Buck, Hard to Beat
Haters are going to hate. The price made me very skeptical, the smaller group of very negative reviews gave me pause. I decided that in the worst case scenario, I can send them back. I am using the 72MM filter set on a Nikon Z6 with the 24-70MM FX lens for professional video production of outdoor B-reel.UV filter: Clear, minimal added distortion, no visible defects in the filter, provides a small added degree of crispness to outdoor images in partly-cloudy and full sun situations.CPL: Color me really impressed. For the money, the performance is in a word - amazing. Excellent for removing glare and reflection off of water and glass, while brightening blues. Does soften focus but within acceptable ranges. Adjustment is easy. I am shooting with an Atomos Ninja V so the larger display enables me to dial in the CPL with more precision.ND4: Useless, hence the 4 stars. As others have noted the ND4 filter adds a lot of brown tones to your images. I did use it on a beach where I was shooting some surf images in lousy midday light with high clouds. It helped but the gray rocks turned decidedly brown. If you're an expert at Photoshop/Premiere you can adjust to fix, but it will take some time. I also found that the ND4 softened the focus worse than the other filters, where some video was unusable for our work.If you're buying this for the CPL and the UV, it is still well worth the money even if you toss the ND4. Having dropped a 24-300MM FX lens with a UV filter on it (not this one) to find the UV filter cracked to pieces, I am a huge fan of using a UV or clear filter to protect your glass full time. This represents dirt cheap insurance, and additionally, a quality CPL that rivals other choices that are 3X or 4X the cost.

Excellent product
I love this. It’s upped my video game on my iphone for sure. I work at a summer camp and we have an elementary news program. So we take a lot of exterior shots. Sometimes the students use my phone cu they don’t have a device. We aim for as good quality footage as we can get. So this is awesome and doesn’t break the bank.

You get what you pay for
Updated: The seller did reach out to me and refund me for my original purchase. Therefore I raised my review rating from 1to 3 stars. As a long time photographer I am always changing and upgrading lenses. Buying filters for each size can become expensive. So when saw these and the reviews I felt it could be worth checking out. Oh boy was I wrong.Photos included are image with filter and without filter. Clearly you see the haze. It can turn any professional photographer into a novice. The first thing I noticed was the threading. It seemed to be off, or just not right. Make it take a few tries to just screw the filter on.Once on I saw results I wouldn’t wish on any photographer.I spent a day shooting a theme park I regular. I was noticing a haze when using the polaroid filter. Sure enough when I got back to the editing room, haze on all photos.Removed the filter and took some shots, no haze .Now I have a $2000 camera, and if you are a photographer we all know how much we love and take care of our equipment. This cheap filter set is not for you.The issue is they are plastic. So it seems they just aren’t made well. The lens filter had a built in haze. No cleaning if filter changed it. I then noticed it was the same for the clear filter as well, just not a clear filter when using plastic.I would not recommend this to anyone who likes clear images and is expecting this to work as described. A filter is to enhance your image from cleaning the proper light out before it hits your lens and the camera mirror, this just gave me one full day of fuzzy photos.
