I loved this portable lift for my son, but now the battery has crapped out after 18 months and I cannot find a replacement anywhere on the net. I left an email message for the company, but have yet to receive a reply.

Battery life poor.just a few months

The lift arrived nicely packaged and works well, however, the battery stopped recharging in less than eight months after purchase. I contacted the seller about it, but the seller only referred me to the manufacturer. This is not good customer service.I recommend purchasing the lift from another seller – maybe directly from the manufacturer, if it is possible

This was bought for my brother who has a tendency to get off balance and fall. He weighs 240 pounds and this is an amazing lift to get him off the floor. I highly recommend this and you won’t regret buying this lift!! Great thing is you can fold it up and put it under the bed.

I wouldn’t buy this product from the company ever again. The battery life is horrible. I can’t find where I can replace it. I will just buy a new one from another company. When I called about the battery, the lady said,”yeah the battery doesn’t have a long life.” That pathetic that you would do this to special needs people as if they have money just dripping out of a wallet. Never ever again. I hope I can save someone from purchasing this. My special needs so was stuck in the air and I had to recharge for a few seconds just to put him down. If I could I would give them 10 negative stars.

Having an electric patient lift is great, however; battery pack life on the lift will last about 6 to 9 months. We constantly find ourselves charging the batteries before use, because the lift has sometimes stopped with the patient in it. By the way, there is no mechanism on the lift to safely lower the patient when the batterypack fails. This leaves the patient in a vulnerable situation. A replacement battery pack is difficult to find on the internet. Next time a manual patient lift would be the preferred item to purchase. It won't leave you hanging like the electric lift does.
