An Amazon Review you can ACTUALLY trust.
Unlike most Amazon reviews these days, I like to actually spend time using a product (at the very least several weeks) before I write a review. Most of us want to know whether we will still like what we bought months to years down the road. That being said, these "Mighty Muffins" definitely fit the bill.I have tried nearly every single flavor Mighty Muffin (except pumkin) thus far and have been eating these for over a month now and can tell you from an intermediate bodybuilder's perspective, these are great for cutting with a sweet tooth. The macros on these things have been awesome! For a 50-gram, 220-240-calorie snack, the break down is about F-18, C-42, P-40, with each muffin containing 20 grams of protein! For those who don't track or care about macros, the flavor is great; some better than others, but in my opinion, every flavor has been really tasty -- especially paired with a cup of black coffee. The texture will depend on how long you microwave it, but I like mine to be moist (sorry about that adjective, as I am aware at least 60% of the US population cringe at it), so I'm at about 30-ish seconds in the radiation box. This brings me to the common mistakes people make when preparing these. First, I would recommend a relatively powerful microwave -- one that can pop a large bag of popcorn in under 2 mins (about 1200 watts). The reason is, I have tried microwaving these in weaker-powered microwaves and can never get the end result the way I want it. It will end up either too dry, or too underdone. Also, follow the recommendation for liquid to dry ingredients. It says 1/4 cup of water, so don't use more or less and measure out 1/4 cup of water. Stir COMPLETELY until all of the dry is fully incorporated with the wet and forms somewhat of a dough. Finally, after microwaving, if you like *moist* (sorry again), then microwave and let sit for 60 seconds or so before consuming. The cooking process will continue after the microwave stops as the heat escapes the cup. These are definitely NOT for those who are on a budget. They are insanely expensive. If you're looking for low-cost protein products, keep looking, because these aren't it. If you can afford the high cost, however, they are a tasty treat that won't stick to the belly.

Shockingly delicious
I loved the ease and convenience of being able to add a little water, microwave for 40 seconds, and had a healthy breakfast in the same amount of time it takes to make a bowl of cereal. The taste was great! I liked them, and so does my type 1 diabeymtic daughter. Double chocolate was our favorite. Add whipped cream to it for amazing flavor.

Quick, easy, and delicious..MOSTLY.
The “chocolate peanut butter” and “peanut butter” flavors are awesome! On the other hand the “peanut butter and jelly” is disgusting. I made the PB&J at work same as the other 2 flavors and the smell from the PB&J is identical to that of a soiled baby diaper. I’m not just making jokes, I had more than two customers walk in and say it smelled “like a dirty diaper”. The taste of the PB&J isn’t that far off from the smell. I got through about two bites of it before I just couldn’t do it anymore. I made one for a coworker at the same time I made one for myself and they couldn’t eat it either, so it’s not an isolated opinion! They need to go ahead and burn the PB&J recipe. Just ship more of the other 2 PB flavors. Thanks!

Although I like them fine, you can doctor them up
I end up not liking most high protein snacks after a bit. But these work for me. I like peanut butter which maybe helps. Not saying they're great, but I like them enough to keep eating them and am pleased about the protein, since I'd rather eat carbs. I also add things to them, starting with half and half, but switching to vanilla soy milk for less calories. Then I threw in some Cheerios for extra crunch. You could use nuts too. I know it's a small container, but it's amazing what you can get in there.

I LOVE THESE MUFFINS / 5 STAR PRODUCT HOWEVER...
THE FLAVOR AND TEXTURE ARE GREAT. I FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EXCEPT USE HALF/HALF IN PLACE OF WATER. WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I JUST ENSURE INGREDIENTS ARE MIXED WELL AND MICROWAVE MINE FOR 1M/10S.ITs A 5 STAR PRODUCT HOWEVER ONLY RATED 4 DUE TO COST. $2.50 PER ITEM IS TOO MUCH. $2 PER ITEM IS QUITE FAIR AND EVERYONE WOULD STILL MAKE THEIR MONEY. THE 50 CENT DIFFERENCE ADDs $6 TO EACH BOX AND IS RIDICULOUS. I WOULD BUY THESE ALL THE TIME IF THE PRICE WERE LOWER. I HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY ARE REALLY THAT GOOD. NOTE: ALL FLAVORS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE, NOT JUST SOME.

I didn't think these would taste very good, but they taste great! I will be ordering more.
I wanted to try Kodiak cakes and while I was reading about them I came across an ad for Flap Jacked Mighty Muffins, so I ordered a box of both brands. To my surprise they both were very filling and pretty tasty, but the Flap Jacked muffins taste just as good as the Kodiak Cakes if not better. In the future I will order the Flap Jack brand because they have six more grams of protein yet half the sugar and fewer calories. Did I mention that they are also gluten free? Was shocked that a gluten free product would taste this yummy.

Simply Awesome
I absolutely love these muffins. These have become a staple breakfast item for me every morning. Having tried the majority of flavors the peanut butters are definitely my favorite. So glad they sell these on Amazon. The groceries in my area can’t keep them stocked. I love these so much I’m about to subscribe just to get the discount. I eat one every morning. Some muffins need less cook time, as others require longer. Just keep playing around until you find your sweet spot.

Some flavors are much better than others
This is the second variety pack I’ve tried. The peanut butter and chocolate peanut butter are by far the best flavors out of the 7 I have tried. I microwave for 34 seconds and even if they look wet on top they continue to cook as they cool enough to eat.In order of my preference1) Peanut butter - good2) Chocolate peanut butter - good3) chocolate cherry - not bad4) Peanutbutter and jelly - meh, bland and fake5) lemon - fake taste and aftertaste but edible6) Cinnamon - fake taste and aftertaste but edible7) Blueberry - Hated it.

Bad Bach...
This particular bach seems to be "off". I’ve had these flavours before (peanut butter) and loved it...but all of them seem to have a weird smell and taste, but they aren't expired. Bummed out, they all taste awful and I cannot stomach them.
