These are amazing
It's obvious whoever came up with these cares a lot about jalapenos and wants to produce the best version of them they can. These are infinitely superior to the slices in jars you get from the supermarket.On opening the can, was a bit nonplussed that there were bits of carrots swimming with the jalapenos, but I trust there's some reason for it, like it helps with the marinade or something. Certainly the peppers themselves are great: a bit spicy, plump but not filled with brine, and very tasty. I sliced them up to make nachos with and these became the best part of the dish.
