Everything is great about this product.

When I got this in the mail, I opened it right away. Excited to see if the mainly positive reviews were true. Right away, I noticed that inside the box, the place where it looks like the battery was supposed to be included, was missing. I shrugged it off and simply put in one of my own battery’s and didn’t think to much of it. At least until a day after I got it. I used it once on the day I opened it and was initially not overly impressed to begin with, but I gave it another try the following day. That’s when it flat out stopped working altogether. I tried taking the battery out, using a different one, etc.....I did everything I could think of to try and make it work. It was only then that the seemingly incomplete box it came in began to make a little more sense as a tip off to how cheap this thing truly is. When it began to malfunction, it flat out wouldn’t stay on for longer than literally one second, two max, before going dead again. After trying to fix and start it about...five times, it then completely stopped working altogether and hasn’t turned on since. I was beyond disappointed, especially since most of the reviews are good. I will be returning this ASAP. While the price is attractive....PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I would sincerely recommend just spending the extra few bucks to get yourself a good working device because I can promise you, this one......IS. NOT. IT.

Horrible product, doesnt really remove the hairs, leaves stubble. Broke after a couple of uses.
