Love this thing it's awesome

Simply perfect! Especially if you have a pet in the house. It collects 90% of the hair and the mop makes the tiles clean! It’s not for deep cleaning but daily maintenance of your home it’s just perfect!

It's not worth buying, doesn't clean properly

In 2 weeks time the mop function is no longer working its not dispensing the water and mop. How do I send for service or replacement

Overall ImpressionThis robot vacuum/mop combo is an unbeatable value with serious cleaning capabilities.LIDARThis is the most affordable robot vacuum I have seen that is equipped with LIDAR navigation/mapping. That feature is so incredible! The robot is smart and proceeds along an intelligent path. I compare it to when mowing a yard - when I mow a yard I go in a smart pattern. Other robots I have owned at this price point would just bounce around haphazardly and leave spots untouched or me guessing if they cleaned or not. With LIDAR, the Dreame D9 not only cleans EVERYWHERE, you can use the app to direct it to clean a particular room, stay away from a particular area, or focus on a particular area. No more magnetic strips to stop a robot or virtual barriers scattered about.MOPPINGIn addition to the superb LIDAR feature, this robot also has a mopping feature. At this price point, any wet cleaning is a huge bonus. It is not a spinning/scrubbing mop, but at those mop features are currently only on robots that cost several times what this one does. Again, this D9 is an incredible value. The mop tank is small but the pad is wide, and it is indeed superior to vacuuming alone.CLEANING PERFORMANCEThe LIDAR and Mopping features are wonderful at this price, and I've yet to describe the cleaning efficacy of this machine! Family members in my household have long hair and this machine is first one I've ever seen that somehow gets the hair into the dustbin instead of ALL the hair wrapping around the brush roller. There is some hair on the roller, but the bulk of the hair goes in the bin, which is amazing. I am very happy with the cleaning performance, it is superior to big brand robots I have purchased at three times the price, and blows away the performance of other robots at the same price.WIFII also want to comment on the WiFi connectivity. The instructions say it will only connect to a 2.4ghz network. My network is a dual band 2.4ghz and 5ghz network. OTHER robots I have had that are 2.4ghz only simply refused to connect, even though my network is dual band. I won't mention the other brand by name, but they remind me of poofy, and their customer service refused to acknowledge that their robot antenna was deficient. The Dreame antenna is superior and connected to my dual band wifi right away. It is so nice to start the robot when I'm out running errands and remember "oh, I could be vacuuming right now."THE APPThe smartphone app version I am using is for iPhone. It made setup extremely easy. I was up and running in under 5 minutes. The first time the robot cleaned my place it built the map perfectly. I was able to use the app to combine zones that it thought were different rooms, and I was able to give rooms their own name, even create new names that weren't offered. I can initiate general cleaning, clean one room by tapping the room, or clean a special zone by drawing a box on the map I want to focus on.CONCLUSIONI am really pleased with the D9. I have purchased one for home, one for work, and one as a gift. I am so impressed by the app functionality and the cleaning features that I aspire to one day upgrade to a Dreame L10S Ultra.

Grata sorpresa. Funcionamiento confiable. Muy buen desempeño en pisos de cerámica y laminado de madera. Buena duración de la batería (más de 2 horas por carga completa; con eso limpio todo mi dúplex de 100 metros cuadrados). Preparación de robot, programación de tareas y uso de la app relativamente sencillos. Es ideal para usar varias veces por semana, especialmente si hay mascotas, para mantener un ambiente constantemente limpio. Mayormente la uso en un solo paso en nivel 2 de aspirado (4 en total) y de trapeado (de 3). Levanta muy bien la suciedad, lo que se aprecia en el contenedor (de fácil acceso y limpieza). El trapeador/fregona cumple bien. Yo mojo el piso con limpiador diluido antes del paso de la D9 y me da buen resultado (nunca agregar limpiadores al depósito del robot; solo agua siempre). Buena navegación general e identificación de espacios.Mi único problema es que a veces enloquece con mis tapetes y no puede subirlos o bajarlos (creo que es por el borde de color negro que hace que el robot crea que es un desnivel). La más reciente actualización del firmware ya permite hasta 3 pasos/recorridos de aspirado y la app ya almacena hasta 3 mapas, ideal para limpiar 2 o 3 pisosEstoy muy contento con mi D9. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Me encanta va súper bien y tal… fácil de limpiar. Lo malo es que quería conectarla desde el trabajo y siempre me sale no conectada, solo se me conecta a la app si estoy por casa

Dreame L10 Pro Rotationslaser nach 3 Monaten im Einsatz defekt. Fährt im Rückwärtsgang alles um und randaliert. Danach schaltet er sich ab und meldet auf der App den Fehler "LIDAR-Sensor defekt". 3 Monate und 302€ Kosten. Service von Dreame nicht vorhanden. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails und die Servicetelefonnummer gibt es nicht einmal. Ich danke aberAmazon dafür, dass ich den Artikel zurücksenden durfte. Der Roboter selbst ist gut, wenn er halt funktioniert, pro Monat 100€, da wäre ein Putzfrau auch gleich teuer und die putzt nicht nur den Boden.
