Great product can be use in many different ways like for baking, steaming, use as thickening agent. I Use it to make different kind of Mochi, rice cakes, Make Sticky Rice Balls (Sweet or Savory), Deep Fried Glutinous Rice Balls and so much more. Very Convenient product just like anything else use it in moderation.

This makes my gluten-fee sourdough starter work 100% better than white rice, sorghum, tapioca flour ever did. I like it better than white sweet rice/seems to feed it better. Sweet Brown Rice Flour is best starter feeder in my case.

I have been using this flour for some time now. This is my 2nd six pack. I am nutrition oriented so having a whole sweet rice option in gluten free flour mix is really beneficial.Additionally, sweet rice flour is an outstanding thickener in lieu of cornstarch or tapicoa. It doesn't turn watery like those can.

If you are looking for brown rice flour like Bob red Mill or Anthony's, then stay away from this product. I ordered this product (pack of 6) because Anthony's flour was out of stock. The dough of this product was literally like gum/rubber and so does the final product.

Great ingredient in gluten-free artisan bread, as part of flour mix together with Namaste Perfect Flour Blend,and other flours. Has natural sweetness. Don't forget to use Xantham gum as binder...

Delicious! I had to double check the bag after cooking, my food came out so good I couldn’t believe there was no gluten!
