I just purchased this item last week because with my hectic schedule I am often working out at the gym early in the morning. Because most of my early morning workouts are fasted, and the fact my gym keeps the temperature cold enough to make a polar bear shiver...I never get a good sweat in. We all know the benefits of excessive sweating in workouts so I decided to give it a try.1. I am 5'6, 130lbs....I ordered the small.. it fits fine, snug - but fine.2. I love the material - it's super sturdy and you can tell it's well made.3. The armpit area!!! It's ventilated so even though you are dying of heat - the armpits cool out nicely.4. You can wear it under even a small t shirt and no one can see it!The first day I tried it I put a tank top underneath to get an idea of how much sweat I was going to produce. The whole time I was thinking "There is going to be no sweat...I can't feel anything" but sure enough...I took off the vest and BAM ...sweat!The second day - no tank top under it and boy, it was a huge difference. Another benefit...after wearing the suit with no shirt - then using an exfoliating shower scrub after my workout - my skin on my stomach and shoulders felt extremely soft, I could even tell under my clothes.Overall VERY happy with this and I would recommend to anyone.*Please note that for the pictures, this was fasted cardio so I was not at max workout mode.

I’m a Basketball referee trying to lose 30 lbs. i wear it under my uniform. I’m 5’10 248. With 38DD’s. I bought an XXL. Fits perfectly. Advice: Drink a lot of water/gaterade before using. You will feel drained/dehydrated from all the fat you burn.

The number one complaint is the zipper does not lock thereby inadvertently unzipping itself at the worst timesif you get it to stay zipped at all. The arm cut is too high. It squeezes the tender upper arm by the axilla. I didn't get to wear it long because it kept unzipping itself but the brief periods I had it on it felt good mostly. I want this garment so bad! I wear a size 14 and ordered the XL. Please cut the arms longer and put in a zipper stay lock then I would give this a 5 star rateing!

This vest works very well. I put it on the day I received it and walked my dog and you could feel the heat. I highly recommend what other users say and size up two sizes what you normally wear. I have a pear-shaped body with very wide hips so the bottom rose up a little bit but was not uncomfortable and you still couldn't see it under my clothes. The more weight I lose, the better it's going to fit because that's my body, it has nothing to do with the product. I LOVE how tight the arms fit; there's just enough stretch so I can fit my large arms through, but enough to keep it nice and tight. My upper arms are what I'm most embarrassed of, so I'm hoping that with my diet and exercise routine, I might tighten it up a little. I've been looking for something like this all over but my size was never in stock. I'm glad I found something here that fits well and works, all at a fraction of what other sites would have charged. I just ordered another one.

Oct. 11, 2017-Very well made. Great quality and sturdy.The size chart suggested that if you wear a 14 to order a medium. Damn this thing is super tight, lol. My suggestion is if you are at the end size of the scale, order a size up. I wish this suit fit. Came really fast and well packaged. I am 5ft 5in, 155, small breast (34B). A medium fits snug but not tight enough for me so i will be returning for a small. Good quality. Arrived in 3 days. No complaints so far.

It fits ok, it was hard to zip it🙊because I'm overweight. This is and XL made in china( I didn't see that) so I would order and xxl instead.But it really isn't that tight, just a little wich is ok with me.Will update about the "helping you lose weight by sweating" when I exercise more with it.At least just by wearing it now it help with my pain on my belly😂.👍Oh and I got the product on the time scheduled.✔🕚

I received this in the mail today and Oh man do I love it!! As soon as I got it I put it on and went straight to a cardio session, it definitely works and works well!! I felt hotter all around not just in my midsection! I definitely sweat more and will keep one on hand from now on!! I am 5'6 and 145 lbs, I ordered a large based off of some of the other reviews but I now know I should've gotten a medium, even with it being a bit lose it did a great job and I'm very very happy with this purchase!!
