It does work as prescribed
Do waste you time and money this product doesn't work. It brought me much discomfort and pain. It is not eligible for return. And you can't contact the supplier

"Universal design, fits all" - ha!
You'd need to be pretty enormous not to fit inside the large tube - the problem is the silicone ring at the 'insert here' end.I do not have thick fingers, but trying to get in it with my thumb is fine (and actually seals well too if I start the pump. Two fingers makes me go 'this is a very tight' (and because of their shape doesn't seal...) Three fingers is just 'no way'.Desperately needs a choice of seals, unless you're the size of a thumb.

Unfortunately it comes only with one silicon seal and this a big problem. I would say that most of the mens will have a problem to "fit" into this small hole. In this type of devices it's very important to have a perfect comfortable fit to have smooth operation. So only 3 stars from me.
