Low Cost Upgrade for PS5 Storage
Kept running out of space on my PS5 so decided to take the plunge and add this 2TB SSD. Very easy to install (I did use a different heat sink as the one included is pretty basic and I wanted to ensure proper cooling). Working great so far and love the extra space.

Definitely does what it’s advertised to do
Reliable it hasn’t been knocked loose it holds a decent amount of storage on the drive. Installation was a quick and easy process also, the drive works like a charm quick responsive doesn’t change anything to my PS5 other than the storage capacity.

I bought the 2 TB SSD for my PS5
I bought this ssd for my PS5. I don't play lots of different games but with the ones i do play they take up the space. Recently I needed to upgrade a game and i couldn't because of not having space. That did it for me. I bought the 2 TB SSD , hoping it will be enough for now. I got the one with the heatsink. Been using it everyday and no problems.

It works fine just look up a video on how to do it properly before you do it so you don’t mess it up it work great and I would recommend it

Took my PS5 to the next level
This was quick and easy to install. It provided my PS5 with a much needed expansion of internal memory. The file transfer speeds were more that adequate. A must have for the video game afficianado.

Caused my PS5 the Blue light of Death
I installed this as soon as I got it. It seemed to work great, till about a week ago, when I tried to start up my PS5 from Rest Mode. This caused the BLUE LIGHT OF DEATH. I only found out, after troubleshooting everything, and after disconnecting EBERYTHING INCLUDING MY AIR BLOWER, I removed this from the system, and now it turns on. SO the conclusion I, and the Dony Tech support operator, came up with is that it is faulty,and/or is causing the system to require more power than the PS5 is capable of producing to run the system and everything else.It's running now WITHOUT this expansion memory, and WITH an external hard drive, and the Blower/controller charger connected to it. I need a new internal expansion card though.
