Ugh.....
UPDATE FEBRUARY 13, 2018: I have asked God forgiveness and repented for believing what was in this book, practicing it years ago, and writing this review. I also ask the forgiveness of anyone whom had read my original review and actually thought this was a good book to read. I am genuinely remorseful for it, I do not want to have a hand in deceiving people, and if I did, I am genuinely repentant, and do everything I can to avoid deceiving others even unintentionally, and quickly repent if I do.At the time I wrote my original review, I was under the tutelage of some people affiliated with the NAR, which at that time, was not entirely common and was still a very fringe movement, it was just as the Lakeland "Outpouring" was starting and my prayer group regularly push the Elijah List and read the prophecies from it like they were the Bible. I was too ignorant to understand how off they were until they invited me and encouraged me to go to a meeting with John Crowder and Benjamin Dunn, I am very grateful for that because that is how I discovered just how off base the teachings of this group was, and it is how I discovered who Peter C. Wagner was, the Founder and coiner of the phrase of the New Apostolic Reformation, Chuck Pierce, James Goll, Patricia King, etc. Because I actually read the Bible, it didn't take long for me to realize how off these teachings were.Teachings about generational curses(no there is no basis for the generational curse things, our only generational curse is Adam and Eve's sin and the sin in our own lives.), trying to twist Old Testament passages to teach this kind of thing is not only unbiblical, but downright dangerous. What really saved me from these false praying techniques was MATTHEW 6!!!! The model or Lord's prayer, literally, is what saved me. Imagine that, reading the Bible pulls you out of false teachings! The whole "touch not my annointed" garbage is also taken out of context, and was about David not harming Saul, physically, and by the way, Saul was literally, physically annointed King with oil. Such phrases are used to stop people from calling out bad doctrine, but if you use that argument, I recommend you go read things in context, you are twisting God's word, and will be held responsible for it. It makes you a false teacher of sorts. This book is nothing but made up nonsense! The reason I know this is because of the Bible, and Christian history. No such doctrine as this was every believed until recently. It is utter utter nonsense, and actually puts true believers in bondage and constant fear that an object can curse them, IT CANNOT. No you shouldn't keep occult stuff, but not because it will curse you, but because it is an offense to God! False idols or anything related to witchcraft or pagan religious paraphernalia should not be in your house simply because you are believer, end of story.I thoroughly reject and denounce all tactics of "spiritual warfare" as unbiblical, and NO Christians cannot be possessed!!! We are filled with the Holy Spirit! If someone is possessed, it's because they are not a Christian by the way. There are many many false converts out there. However, unlike those involved in these false teachings, I do not go around calling people demon possessed all the time. I literally had a man in a park walk up to me, try to heal me, and than pronounce me demon possessed within the course of our 5 minute conversation because I didn't believe he could heal me, I know God can and did, but I know he couldn't heal me.If you practice these things, please go read through the Bible a few times IN CONTEXT with proper Biblical interpretation and stop reading these books, it will change your beliefs, and in a good way, you'll actually be believing what the Bible teaches. Stop inserting yourself and your ideas into the Bible, they do not belong there.ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 2008: A couple of months ago, my prayer group was focusing on generational curses, and I came across this book on Amazon. I had wanted to further pursue learning about overcoming generational curses and any other type of curse in my life and those around me.I was not sure what to expect from this book, it is not a large book and I had never heard of the authors before, but I picked it up anyway. The book packs a huge punch! It is not for people who are half way about their faith or spiritual warfare, and at times the authors are very blunt and seem almost narrow-minded, but in the context of the book and scriptures, I do not doubt that these authors are much closer to the truth than most of what I have read from other people on curses and spiritual warfare. The final chapter alone, on God as the Judge of the Universe was worth the price of the book. I would have paid $100 just for that chapter alone. It helped me learn how to pray more directly into my life and those around me, to come bfore the judgement seat of Christ with confidence. This book coldy confronts curses on objects and symbols. It makes me think twice about stepping into mosque or a buhddist temple (which I was contemplating for a class project). This book made me aware of the fact that God expects us to be aware of curse, and to take them seriously! They are very real, and we really need to pray heavily before going anywhere or doing anything that could potentially bring a curse on us.I am unsure of the credibility of the authors, as I have discovered that they have quite a criminal record. However, even though I probably will never read anything by them again, this book was helpful to me. God can use even people who are decieved. So, would I reccomend this book? I am not sure... But it was useful to me.God Bless ~Amy

A MUST read- Wish I had this book years ago!!
The only book this year (other than Rev. James Solomon's Deliverance from Demonic Curses) that I almost fully read in one sitting. This book is an absolute. If you are thinking about it- stop thinking & get it. Enlightening, intriging and informational for those who arent familiar with the depths of depravity in witchcraft & the works of the enemy. It's an easy read and includes so many nuggets of biblical revelation weaved in.

AMAZING BOOK. PERIOD.
Somebody on here said this book was not real and that is was false but just because you didn’t have enough discernment when it came to the tutelage you were under does NOT mean that this book is junk just because it got introduced to you under a tutelage that was preaching a false doctrine other than the one in the Bible. The Bible does tell us not to bring cursed items into our home, and to actually burn them (the cursed item). I think some people just need to dive in a little bit deeper in to scripture and understand that these things are real! I had a cursed item in my home, completely unaware! It was the lord that lead me to clean house and when I found it, it was a demonic book. I have no idea where it came from. So repentance is not needed after reading this book. People lack knowledge and that is exactly what the Bible says destroys us and this book is a testimony on why the lord tells us not to have anything to do with cursed items. Let’s have more discernment on things such as this and also inquire with God. If we inquire with God and read the word then we would be less likely to be under false doctrine without sniffing it out. And unfortunately for the person who left the comment about this book not being what it is, they just felt better that someone else told them that the book was total nonsense so they didn’t have to deal with it and worry about bringing cursed things into their home, instead of coming to terms that this stuff is real. But anyways it’s an amazing book!!!!! And you definitely can bring a cursed item into your home!!!! Ask the lord for discernment and start a relationship with him y’all. Please. Ask him questions and get to know him, because he knows you. He’s not a dead God, he is a living one, and he talks back - he is not a statue made from human hands.
