Fantastic product, my floors have never been as clean, easy to use and put together would recommend to any one.Only problem is I'm 6" 2 and I find mop very short and with having opperations on my back find it hard work could do with an extra section fall tall people.

The media could not be loaded. My first impressions of the product was good, everything seemed really well-made and solidly built. The instructions are really clear to use and assembling the handle was quick with no issues and felt really solid once it was built. The manufacturer has put a little bit of thought into the construction and how the product will be used. Good Clean water capacity so should last longer before having to change. Loading and rinsing the pad was also really easy with not too much effort only using one hand. The mop head is spring loaded so clips into place make it easy to insert into the bin. The product comes with three pads which attached with Velcro so again easy to take off and replace with no messing around with clips or sleeves, if you’re limited for storage space you can disassemble the mop easily and everything fits in the mop bin, I won’t need too but something to consider space is an issue. Overall was very impressed and would certainly recommend us to family and friends. Time will tell how the product holds up but given the build quality, hopefully it will last awhile.

Doesn't leave your floors wet like most floor mops so it is good for all surfaces.

Connection between mop and handle has snapped on fifth use and now entire thing is useless. Amazon doesn't appear to provide any way to request a replacement part or honour any kind of warranty. Bought as alternative to mop as used infrequently and compact when packed away (as well as being able to machine wash the part that goes on the floor) but I've never had a mop snap on me.
