Budget petzl headtorch that's a quality item.
Well what can you say about a petzl headtorch that hasn't been said before. Cheap price and great quality, forget the cheap and cheerful alternatives petzl just lasts the distance. Quality at a low price. Recommended.

Easy to use
Very easy to use, compact with a choice of AAA or rechargeable pack available. This is a replacement for my previous unit that lasted over 8 years of use.

Petzel is alwasy my 'go-to' head torch. For over 30 years now.
Petzl have 'improved' this from the old version. Not really a fan as it's a lot more fiddly and has an orange lamp that stays on for some reason, then a luminous green ring. No idea why you'd need this, personally when I turn a torch off, I want it off, not changing to another colour secondary light.Light output is fantastic as always, I've used Petzel head torches for over 30 years. Initial ones had bulbs, but they were always the 'go-to' head torch for the Royal Marines.I have tried other makes, but always give them away to friends and family then go back to the trusty Petzel.Light is fantastic, it last for a long time, light weight and the light is FOCUSSED which the cheaper LED head torches are not. Lesser brands have very, very bright light output, but if you need to do pin point work (working on engines in tight spaces), unfocussed light is very bright, but you can't actually see what you are looking at. So, back to Petzel.
