Took a moment to realise that there is a right way and wrong way to fit it. Initially it didn’t appear to fit onto battery terminal - seemed to small. Just needed to turn it over.

Looks good and yet to fit

Solid construction but WILL NOT FIT a std car battery. You have to back the screw out nearly all the way to avoid inconvenient contact of the two surfaces and even then I can still arc across. This product is a waste of time and Im an auto electrician. Waste your money elsewhere as you wont be able to return it and get a full refund if you do. JUNK

1. It was fiddly to fit on a VW Transporter campervan battery, and fiddly to reach once fitted2. It is not obvious to an untrained eye how it works, relying on the black insulation collar3. There is no immediate indication as to whether the battery is isolated or notCombining 1, 2 and 3, my better half decided it was all too much hassle. So after a trip, the battery was not isolated for a while in the autmun, got totally drained and required replacement.I shall be binning this shortly and spending a few extra quid on some battery cable, terminals and a big red marine isolator switch.

it would have been better with instruction paper I'm not a male petrol head but not a female idiot either. I had to go online to confirm how to connect.

I wanted an easy way to disconnect the battery in my car & this is an easy fix, it doesn’t always disconnect so you need to be a bit careful sometimes

Unfortunately this doesn't fit my car . Fits to the battery fine, build quality is fine and well built. However , if you have a flat long bonnet , there isn't anywhere enough clearance as it sticks up too far and hits the inside of the bonnet and damages it . Unfotunate , maybe should have a lost of vehicles it fits to help
