Causes allergic reaction
I am not sensitive to supplements or foods, but unfortunately, this one causes an allergic reaction triggering dehydrated eyes and inflamed eyelids. As I discovered this, I paused for a couple of months and restarted taking only one capsule every other day and unfortunately the same outcome, so I will have to throw them out. Quite a pricey experiment... Something in these is just way too much and/or too strong.

Hot flushes and heartburn
Was hoping this would help with hot flushes but all it gave me was heart burn! I took the (large) tablets with food as recommended but had to stop taking them as the heartburn was very uncomfortable. Once I stopped taking them the heartburn disappeared. Would not recommend.

Very good for menopause
I take these along with borage oil and magnesium and don’t get any menopause symptoms. I started off taking two per day and sometimes only take one. Yes they are expensive but they really are the gold star of vitamin supplements for women who are either peri-menopausal or menopausal.
