Life Changing
For me, the most inspirational book I have read in 10 years! Incredible. If all business worked this way, most of the challenges we face in the modern world would cease to exist.

Super Relevant to Today's Flawed Work & Hustle Culture & Materialism-Focused Success & Achievement
I believe this book deserves to be #1 in the Business category due to its relevancy in this generation and the flawed work & hustle culture & materialism-focused success and achievement you see on the Social Media, Facebook and Instagram celebrities and fake gurus flashing and flexing their Bentley, "private" jets, Lamborghinis "in the garage", "rented" mansions and luxurious travels and paid models. This book successfully shows you how to bring Spirituality and Authenticity in the workplace and how to align with your true Soulprint, Soul-purpose, core value, your mission.I rate this book 5 star, although if Vishen is reading this, just as a constructive comment if ever he updates this book in the future or writes his 3rd book, the final chapter of the book is a very awesome concept and exercise, and it should have ended with a much bigger "bang". From my perspective, it ended rather prematurely, so if there was a way he could have ended the book in a much dramatic and theatric way to really create that "WOW" factor, the better. :)Overall, this book still deserves a 5 star.

Dynamic meditation
After you read “The Silva Mind Control Method” and “The Code of the Extraordinary Mind” don’t forget to read this gem of a book by the same author as “Code.” It’s a slow process but learning it (well, still learning it) has definitely helped me move forward after my mom’s death. The “Silva” is a book you are required to come back to on 3 occasions. Anyway, these books got me out of my anger rut and into a more compassionate realm concerning the sudden loss of my mom. 3 3 3, 2 2 2 2, 1 1 1. Hello Alpha! This book as well as the other two I mentioned can have a major impact on your life! I would definitely recommend this book.

I want to highlight every word in this book
Vishen outdid himself in this book. I am so excited every time I go to read another chapter. Most books have a nugget or two of good information and the other 180 pages are fluff... this is NOT that. The stories are short and too the point. Everything flows and ties in nicely together. I'm about half way through and since I'm this far I'm going to finish the book and go back to the beginning and do exactly what the chapters say. It's set really cool, almost like a textbook. You can jump to any section that is of interest or an area that you think you need to improve upon most. Get a highlighter and a notebook and go slow. This book is meant to be studied, not just passed over to say you finished another book. My guess is that it will never be finished.

A Great Book for When I Want to Start a Company
I was very intrigued by the title and descriptions of this book: finding balance between Buddha and Badass, flipping the culture on hard work, and making the most of my career. However, I realized very short into this book that Vishen is really catering more towards individuals who are in positions of power to change a company's culture. People like me who are fresh out of college working their first job can practice as much of these values and beliefs as they want, but we aren't going to change the company's deep-rooted culture until we elevate ourselves into a position to make those changes...or leave the company to start our own. For example, I can begin each work day by giving gratitude and appreciation to a coworker who helped me out the previous day. Maybe that person will feel a sense of pride and want to do the same for someone else, and I, in theory, provoke a positive change in the company. Or maybe they just say "you're welcome" and go about their day without a second thought. Vishen's approach to something like this would be to remove employees that don't follow MindValley's vision for gratitude/appreciation. But that's something he can do as Founder. I, as a bottom-level employee, can't do something like that. All in all, I loved the book's teachings, ideas, and stories. However, I was just expecting something a little more personalized towards the "average" worker and not next the next CEO/Founder of a multi-million dollar company. I'm still going to practice these ideas of personal identity, gratitude, acceleration and navigation, but hopefully I can invoke some positive change as a newer employee.

Blow away any and all limiting beliefs
I have been referred to this book by at least a dozen of friends and colleagues and for some reason I put it on the back burner. I literally read this book in 2 sittings. The Knowledge Nuggets that Vishen drops are amazing. And love that he gives full credit to everyone who has touched his life in a positive way and passes it along to the reader. The 'Lofty Questions' is something I have never heard of, but it gives a whole new protocol to blast through your limiting beliefs and allow you to Level UP!L. Vishen is a master educator
I read Vishen's earlier book 'The Code of the Extraordinary Mind' shortly after joining Mind Valley about five years ago. Each course that I've taken has been most enjoyable, especially 'LIFEBOOK, which caused me to think deeply and re-create my life as I got married and entered retirement, WildFit covering nutrition and physical exercise and Speed Reading which is a time-saver. My wife, who has been my best friend for years, and I took these courses together. We both totally admire and appreciate Vishen's abilities and accomplishments - we continue to learn and and grow, 'earth is our curriculum'. I just received my copies (bought extras to share ) and look forward to reading this book.Gordon Peay, retired financial advisor

This book is amazing! It offers an entire strategy to bring all the best in your life, in all areas of your life. I read it once and I will read again to take notes and do all the exercises that Vishan has recommended.
