The rug I received didn't smell like chemicals.

How can I get rid of the creases since it was sent folded?

I just vacuumed it really good a couple times and the creases disappeared.

Yes it’s folded. We exchanged ours hoping to get one that wasn’t creased. No such luck. We were very disappointed, it was perfect for our decor but didn’t work out.
