Q: Three grades of Organ Embroidery Needles. The lowest/standard, a stronger one to accommodate metallic thread, and finally titanium. Which is this one?

They are your standard embroidery needles. They are good ones. I have bought these. The only time you would need metallic is if you need to use those threads. The titanium ones are stronger but I do not buy them because they can damage your machine more when they break. I like to use these and the larger eyes for my embroidery machines.

Q: Are these ballpoint needles?

These are sharps, and are EMBROIDERY needles for machines that do embroidery. You never use ballpoint for embroidery, ONLY sharps.
