UPDATE: 11/24/24! First, my apologies to Tea Bloom for the much delayed update. After leaving my first review, Tea Bloom reached out and forwarded a new tumbler. After several months of unopening the box stored in my cabinet, I reluctantly opened it, made my favorite blend of tea and went to work. The morning was hectic with students & meetings. It was 11:30 a.m. before the first sip of tea. I opened the top expecting luke warm tea like before. Instead, steam greeted me and a smile immediately appeared on my face. I sipped on tea throughout the day. At 5p.m., my tea was still pleasantly warm! Thank you Tea Bloom for standing behind your product and the excellent customer service you provided. After experiencing the second tumbler's ability to keep tea warm all day, it's clear the first tumbler was defective. Thank you for allowing me to experience my morning ritual of tea again. You're the best!I drink tea daily. I take it to work every morning to drink throughout the day. So, I really wanted this tumbler to work for me. It's beautiful, it fits in the side pocket of my backpack and in the car's cupholder. It's easy to clean and hasn't leaked in the week of owning it. The problem is the tumbler does not keep hot tea hot all day or a regular workday as some reviews state. I purchased this tumbler to replace an insulated stainless-steel tumbler that had a bamboo sleeve. After a year, the sleeve separated from the tumbler and couldn't be reattached. The insulated bamboo tumbler kept my tea hot from 7:45a.m. (steaming hot) to 5:30p.m. (comfortably hot) easily. The Cosmopolitan tumbler does good to keep my tea luke warm until 11:30a.m. This is not what I expected based on the reviews and a $29.99 price tag. I would return it, but I already threw out the packaging. Back to looking for a tumbler that will let me drink hot tea throughout a teacher's day.

This item’s “hand feel” feels like quality. I own a lot of drink cups/tumblers. Most have issues with the lids taking more than one time to screw on top, which this one does not. The design is great because you can use it for loose tea or you don’t have to use the diffuser insert at all. It’s slim and can fit where water bottles can normally fit (in backpacks, backpack water bottle sleeves and cup holders). It keeps the beverage hot or cold for a long time (such that while sipping tea at work I leave the top off and it still keeps it warm).Would love to see a carrying sling for it in case I want to be light and not throw it in a backpack but still be hands free.

It was smaller than I thought but I love it. I am a tea drinker and it holds my tea leaves or bags with out worrying if the bags break into the hot water. It is also good at keeping it hot for several hours. Will be buying another color.

I purchased this Teabloom in July and I noticed in the last month my tea doesn't stay hot for hours like it used to. I drink alot of tea especially when I'm at work because it's always so cold in my department. I was able to depend on this thermal Teabloom for a couple months but not anymore because my tea is cold in an hour or two. I also noticed that the infuser has what looks to be rust spots on it. So this was not a good buy and didn't last as long as I had hoped. The bottom part of the cup where the black rubber is seems to be unraveling as well. Not happy with this purchase.UPDATE...Teabloom Customer Love Manager Shiela sent me a message in response to my review and was happy to send me a replacement to rectify the situation. Let me just say, I am one happy customer and for caring and responding to my review, I am now a forever customer of Teabloom. Shiela sent me The Wayfarer for Tea, Coffee & Fruit Water. This Tumbler is the best Tumbler I've had thus far. It is double-wall glass with rose gold lid and has a very nice insulated sleeve. I love that the infuser is two way and it's much larger so I can fit as much loose leaf tea in it as possible. I noticed that none of the loose leaf filtered in so thats awesome as well. My tea was still hot hours after which i love. It's so pretty and durable. I say durable because I already dropped it and nothing happened. I can take The Wayfarer Tumbler with me any and everywhere now. Thank you so much for this replacement Shiela!

This is my second purchase of this tea tumbler. I am a newcomer to the world of loose leaf teas and I love it so much I have eliminated most other drinks, other than water and my morning cup of coffee, from my diet. I especially love herbal teas and choose to take a tumbler with me wherever I go. This tumbler is very attractive with a superior outer finish that appears to be extremely durable. I have two other tumblers if another brand that function extremely well but the outer material looks to be one that will deteriorate over time. I initially hesitated with this due to the claim of Oprah’s Favorite’ (which means nothing to me). But I have to agree this is of excellent quality and function. The included infuser snaps in tightly and the out lid seals extremely well and does not leak!!!

I work an 8 hour shift and it keeps it steaming hot durning the entire shift. ITS INSANE!!! the tea strainer is so convenient for my spearmint tea

I’ve had this tumbler for a little over a year and, unfortunately, have only used it about 11 times—mainly because it’s been one of the worst tumblers I’ve ever owned. It has leaked every single time, regardless of whether I filled it with hot or cold liquids, or how carefully and tightly I closed the lid.To make matters worse, it doesn’t retain heat well at all. My hot drinks never stayed hot for long. I gave it one last chance this past weekend while camping, hoping for a better experience, but once again it leaked all over my bag.I was really hopeful when I bought this tumbler, especially given all the glowing reviews. Sadly, my experience has been the complete opposite. Very disappointed.
