Yes but use small brush. You can also disconnect the terminals, apply the grease to posts and reconnect. If you are doing so, make sure to disconnect negative connection first and positive next. When reconnecting, connect positive first and negative last.

Its meant for battery terminals. Not certain about silicone surfaces.
