Noo. Have to say though it was nice paper. Good quality.

Is this paper as heavyweight as Kirkland brand at Costco

Dont know. Never used Costco. However it was a heavier weight than average paper.

Is this product safe to use?

Yes....safe to wrap gifts. What are you using it for? It's the same wrapping paper you would buy at a Hallmark store.

Is there ribbon, bows and gift tags that match?

I personally haven't seen anything from Hallmark in the way of a ribbon/bow set but they do sell individual bows in store that match great...suggest the matte red and matte gold.
