Was easy for a DIYer to lay, cover and once wired by a pro it is really simple to use. I have to say it seemed like a strong quality product too. My only issue was the roll said 'this side up' which seemed odd so I called the helpline who advised it was a misprint at production. In my view that should have been corrected or at least had a note included to advise that there had been an error and to ignore the sticker on the tape. Apart from that, it does the job and warms up a wetroom floor really quickly. The floor is above a garage so the underfloor heating is really welcome!

Excellent product, was very easy to lay and works perfectly. I used the 6mm insulation board first then laid this heating mat on top then covered with self-levelling compound. There are helpful videos which show how to lay the mat and where to position the temperature probe. Thermostat I ordered is very easy to program.

Please start putting proper description.As a customer I would not know if it is a single mat or not. It would have been better to say in the description instead of the picture.

I bought this item for the sitting room and installed it myself. I layed the heating mat on the floor and poured the self-leveraging compound on the mat. After one day waiting, the floor is very smooth, then I installed the laminate floor on the floor with the underlay. It works well and we like it very much.

Instructions clear.But take your time ensuring you follow the guidelines.

simple to fit. quality product. second time i've used this make and they always produce what they say on the box
