Buzzing during ice - making (from the compressor) is normal. Rattling? Likely too little sugar (e.g., sugar - free cola) causes ice to jam the stirrer. Add liquid to melt ice and clean if needed.

If it fails to make slush, check the sugar level. If below 4%, add 1–2 spoons of sugar. Use a sugary cola to test whether it's the machine or the drink's sugar content.
