Are these soft or crunchy?

These are soft and creamy, NOT crunchy...don’t like the crunchy ones

Do these sprinkles hold their shape if baked in a cake or do they bleed?

I baked these into a cake today. They did not hold their shape at all. They basically melted, and there were colorful spots in the cake. Unfortunately though, only yellow and orange kept colors. All the other colors couldn't be seen in the cake.

Seller: are all the sprinkles soft or does it depend on the color/variety? one review stated the chocolate flavor are crunchy!?

The rainbow are firm on the outside, softer on the inside. Not what I would call crunchy. This is a wonderful product

How many aervings in one?

I purchased it for 18 students for my son's ice cream social. You have about 2 pounds of content. Highly recommended.
