Great product very clear audio and microphone the only downside is there is VERY short range that is to be expected though based off how small the receiver antenna is (think usb dongle like for a mouse). I love the charging case and wish there was a way to incorporate a larger antenna dongle into the case to give greater range if you are 10-15 feet away maximum and maintain line of sight to the pc you are fine. If you leave the room the signal disconnects. It does reconnect automatically. So if you are sitting at your desk and want cordless light weight clear audio and the ability to travel it’s for you. If you want range pick a base station with a powered antenna.

Do not buy this product. It is a cheap knock off version of a planetronics , go to planetronics actual website and buy a real genuine product. This hit set that I bought is trash horrible quality Disconnects, reconnects, battery life does not last 6 hours, 2. If you're lucky people complain, they can't hear me. I have to constantly reset the connection. This is not a genuine orienned, it's a cheaper knockoff of the same thing

Great head set! Very comfortable and easy to use. Battery lasts for full workday, sound is clear, and it was easy to sync.

Love this headset/earpiece. It works very well with the programs I use at work. I can walk around my Dept without connection issues and lasts all day. I definitely recommend this headset/earpiece if you don't like wearing the standard headsets.

Hey I use this for work, I connect it to the computer and to my cell phone, it annouces the calls if you want and will voice answer, it does what I need it to do.

The noise canceling is not as powerful as I thought. I watched a youtube video where they tested this product in a loud coffee shop and I couldn't hear any noise. But, when I use this on a noisy train and I play back the recording, I still heard noises. It's not terrible, but not as quiet as I heard it on the youtube video.

BETTER OFF BUYING FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THEY SEEM TO BE SELLING DEFECTIVE OR USED ITEMS. MY POLY ONLY LAST 3 TO 4 HOURS. I PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE NEW BUT HAS A DEFECTIVE BATTERY. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
