This is awesome! My car is a 2017 and car play isn't as updated as newer cars. This device allows me to access directly from my phone and is so convenient. It's so easy to set up on first use and from then on it is automatic. I also love that it's tiny and doesn't take up a lot of room in my compartment. Love it!

This was a real game changer I really loved being able to get in the car and not worry about plugging my phone directly into the car. This product was worth every penny.

I just got the iPhone 16 pro max and I use wireless changing because I don’t like when my case bends at the charging port. This caused the issue of not being able to use CarPlay in my car. So I did what I always do and go to trust Amazon where I came by this product. I was nervous because I hate spending over $10 on a product unless I’m sure it’s going to work. To my surprise it does work exactly how it should and it was super easy to connect. The only “fault” I have found so far is it’s stay on as long as it’s plugged in even if the car is off. I’ve only used it for a day so far so I’ll update in a few weeks but so far so good!

I have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata SEL and this unit works with my Sonata perfectly. If you follow the well-written instructions in the box you will be up and running in about 2 minutes. It's easy to configure the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections and upgrade the firmware if you wish.A couple of points for awareness - at least with my Sonata: The dongle will stay turned on for about 1 - 3 minutes after you turn the car off and lock the doors. There is also some kind of logic with the Sonata USB port and/or the dongle that activates the unit when you unlock the car; or perhaps it turns on when your phone gets close to the car. Anyway, there is some kind of proximity thing going on here that activates the unit as you are getting into the car. (I think it's a feature, not a bug). I want to leave it plugged in and I was concerned about car-battery drain but it looks like it eventually shuts down after a few minutes.It also comes with a little USB-C adapter which is nice (I didn't need it though).Also, if you need the adapter's default Wi-Fi password it is "12345678".In summary - so far, so good. I'll update this review if I learn anything else about this nifty little Car-Play adapter.Update: I downloaded the FCC approval report on this adapter to see what's inside. It has some quality components: 1 GB of RAM; Dual band Wi-Fi (2.4G and 5G); and an ARM Cortex-A7 processor.

Great…so I’ve had this product for almost 2 months now. I like to use a product for a little while before I review it. This thing is wonderful. I’ve got a 2019 Ford f-150 platinum that for some reason has every option in the world but doesn’t offer wireless phone connectivity. This little device makes that possible. After the initial setup the device automatically synced up with your phone every time you get in the vehicle as long as you have your Bluetooth on. I haven’t had any issues with the connecting as it is always a smooth process from the start of my drive to my destination. A 5 star product.

Works fantastic, I dont have to plug in my phone and can use the carplay app as normal without connecting it to Bluetooth. It does disconnect at times if utilizing the phone part for too long but I am sure its user issue
