What grade of steel is the blade made from? 18/8? 18/10?

I have just received my order of this item. It says very clearly on the box: 18/8 stainless steel.This is in direct contradiction of the Amazon comparison matrix above, which claims it's 18/10.

Can it be used to grade hymilan rock salt?

I assume you mean grate, not grade LOL. And that's Himilayan. Proofread!

does this come wiht little black feet on the end?

No feet on mine...but a nice blade guard that is easy to take off and put on. It's very sharp! Love it.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Have not tried it. For me it is easier and faster to wash by hand, but can't see why not. I think it is stainless steel - so won't rust. The handle is similar to other utensil rubber-like plastic handles that are perfectly safe as long as kept away from direct exposure to the dishwasher heating element.
