Q: What are the sizes and quantity of each? I see no details on this information above.

There are several different sizes that seem to work perfectly with all of furniture in our new home (with beautiful maple floors) throughout. Since we applied them to dining chairs, counter chairs, sofa and large upholstered chairs and coffee tables we haven’t had a scratch on the floor. I would say they’re 1/2’ 1 inch, and 2 inch

Q: How well do these last (stay stuck) on chair legs with a plastic footing pad built in like most stools?

They seemed to stick fairly well. However the felt pads collected pet hair and debris. I then purchased the plastic caps and replaced all the old items.

Q: Would you recommend the felt pads or the bumpers for the bottom of a wooden board game to prevent any scratching? Which is thicker?

I don't know which are thicker you can get that as you look at individual products and I got mine to use on coin collection wood cases that are heavier than a wooden board game and they were ideal!!
