I had a different frother,but it wouldn't shut off so I had to get a new one. My old one had 2 coils this one has 1. I didn't think it would make much difference but it does. In thin liquids it mixes fine but you can't use it on thick liquids. Its small and lightweight, which makes it easy to hold. The button is placed a little awkwardly but it's OK. Seems durable enough, tine will tell.

I’ll never be without one again. Comes in so handy! I can’t take my vitamins whole, so I open the capsule and put the powder into my drink. Before I got this it would clump and was awful, now I give it a quick buzz and you can’t even see the powder. It’s great!!! Love it!

It works great, has a lot of power and very reasonable. The instructions on the collagen I put in my tea in the morning recommends adding collagen while stirring the beverage to prevent clumping and this little frother does just that. So far this is the only thing I have used it for but I think it would be excellent for frothing other liquids too. I also like that it is battery operated and does not have a cord or plug to deal with.

It's the first one I've ever owned, so I don't really know any better... But it seems to work fine. It's powerful enough to blend the absurd amount of powders I tend to put into a cup at once.I will dock it one star simply for the battery compartment, though. I get there isn't a lot of real estate on the device to make a more standard one, but... I really wish they didn't go with one of those stupid ribbons as the only way to remove the batteries because it immediately fluttered out from underneath the first battery in and draped itself over it; there's a decent chance I might break the frother when I change its batteries. I guess I just wish there was a better way to design that. If this thing dies, maybe I'll see if there's a rechargeable one on the market.Otherwise, it's perfectly fine at its job, and I don't feel that $10 was a bad price... Presuming it survives having its batteries changed.

Perfect little handheld, battery operated frother. This thing is really durable and works exactly as expected. I am using this to mix up my protein into my coffee or my smoothie and it can handle being totally submerged in liquid with no problem. This is durable and easy to use and operate and doesn't require a stand since I just drop in right into my utensil drawer.

This is my third one of this same item. My fault…I get it wet accidently in dishwater. I love it!!!

It works good, but I have a suggestion for the manufacturer. When I put the batteries in the first time, it did not work. I checked to see if I had them correctly, and I did. When I pulled them out, I noticed a black ribbon in the back of the battery compartment that I did not see when I put them in. Turns out that one end of the ribbon was covering the + end of the rear battery. This ribbon is meant to assist in removing the batteries. I pulled the ribbon away and replaced the batteries, and it works great. Note to the mfg: Make the ribbon RED.
