Excellent Investment for Coffee Lovers
I've been using the Nespresso Citiz & Milk for a few weeks, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen, and the convenience it offers is unmatched. The quality of the espresso it brews is consistently impressive, delivering rich and flavorful cups every time.Investing in the Nespresso Citiz has truly elevated my coffee experience. Its intuitive operation, quick brewing time, and variety of original style capsules make it an indispensable part of my day. The compact size doesn't compromise its performance, and the ease of maintenance is an added bonus. Although I wish the aeroccino was dishwasher friendly like the very latest model (4).If you're a coffee enthusiast looking for convenience without compromising on taste, the Nespresso Citiz is the way to go. It's a fantastic investment that I highly recommend.

Best. Present. Ever.❤❤❤❤
We ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this thing. We've become coffee feigns. Even bought decaf because this little machine makes coffee taste so great we just want to keep drinking it all day. It almost ruined me on my morning french press coffee because the Nespresso just tastes so much richer. The frother is incredible...never thought I'd use it, but W-O-W. Game. Changer. We've used half & half, 2% milk, Chobani Creamer, Heavy Cream, mixes & combos, works incredible. Though we still can't do any fancy design on top when we pour it, *almost* able to make a heart.Husband says this is the best present he's ever gotten. We've been using all kinds of pods - Piu Bello Variety Pack, Gran Caffe Gabibaldi -favorite for decaf, Coracoes 4x10 Variety Pack, LaVazza Espresso Decaf Med Roast, Fortisimo Variety Pack.Even the teenager has gotten into making frothy iced decaf drinks for herself instead of going to DD.I only wish I'd bought this thing years ago.

Fast start up, easy to use, easy to clean
My last Jura automatic espresso machine just broke and I decided to try this De'Longhi Nespresso machine which was cheaper than repair to the Jura. What I like is that it takes up a small footprint, makes more coffee per water tank than my Jura, heats quickly and is much easier, faster and cleaner than the Jura. I like the original Nespresso capsules in that it's easier to find pods. I found Peet's at my local grocery store for 49 cents per pod which is a great price. Online, I can find Starbucks, Peets and Nespresso for about 70 cents per pod.I didn't realize that the frother base is attached to the Nespresso machine, but the footprint is still small. Frother works really well and it is very quiet. I start my frother and start the espresso and they are done in about the same amount of time.Clean up is really easy. It does drip a bit after brewing, so I keep an old mug on the drip tray. The pods leave no mess and the used pod container is really easy to clean. You do need to make sure the container is emptied. My kids made some coffee and left it full and I had to dig out the last pod from the top to pull out the pod container to empty it.I liked the taste of my Jura a little better, but the difference is pretty small and I'll take the Nespresso for ease of use, easy clean up and a quick brew.

Overall, a very good machine.
If you enjoy a barista coffee espresso from an expensive machine, and do not mind the grinding, compressing and fine tuning for single shot, then cleaning for a 2nd, this machine is NOT for you. But, if you enjoy fresh brewed pot of very good coffee, and love an additional shot (.85 oz., 1.35 oz., or 3.71 oz.) of enhancement, this "original" pod machine will not disappoint. Now retired, we have used our Nespresso Original pod machine daily for the past 2 years (our 2nd CitiZ w/milk frother). The first Citiz lasted over 5 years of part time use while we were working. Use is easy, clean up easier. No mess, no fuss, Nespresso even pays the shipping to recycle your used pods.If you only drink a single cup of coffee per day (or two), then a "Vertuo" machine may be more appropriate. If you do not care to pay for the pods (.75- $1.10 ave. each) skip altogether, and save your money. We enjoy a good morning pot of coffee. Having moved from CA to the Low Country, our coffee grinds come from Presto George Roasters in Pittsburgh, PA, we brew a 12 cup pot daily, and add a flavorful Nespresso shot. Great way to start a morning, life is short, enjoy.

Use it everyday
I bought this after staying at a hotel that had one in the room. Disappointed I didn’t buy one sooner! The espresso it makes is sooo good!

It's a wonderful and fast way to get a good cup of coffee
So I take care of a lady with dementia and I made her a couple of specialty drinks with foam and whipped cream. It was hotter at first and now it doesn't seem like the water is that hot but it might be because I froth milk I don't know I thought by frothing milk it stays hot. It makes a delicious cup of coffee espresso or Lungo.

OK for a quick coffee
A good choice for those looking for a quick coffee at the touch of a button. That said, even using Nespresso pods, you cannot replicate espresso bar quality coffee. Reusable pods are a good sustainable option but you have to do a fair bit of experimentation to get the right coffee, grind size and weight, and filling pods somewhat defies the touch-of-a-button idea. I won't be using this machine much.
