So far this swim diaper works great! However, my son doesn't usually have a BM when we are in the pool so I can't vouch for its ability to contain solid waste. The diaper itself is roomy, but the leg openings are somewhat snug (probably to contain a BM) on my son, 3 years 2 months old. He has very muscular legs and he complains that it hurts when I remove the swim diaper. Otherwise it doesn't bother him. In all a great re-usable diaper: saves money since we aren't buying disposable swim diapers and probably would do a better containment job since the leg openings are snug.

I was in need of a swim diaper for my son for a few trips this last summer. The swim diaper patterns are absolutely adorable. The one that I bought was the blue on blue repeating whale pattern. There was only one issue that we found about this swim diaper, I put fit as expected, but I had to order two whole sizes larger than my son wears to get the right fit in the legs. Such a cute pattern but I recommend buying a size or two up if your baby has chunky baby thighs. I would even err on the side of caution and say that you should probably buy a size up anyway because they felt a little small. There are three little snaps directly in front of one hip which come apart with hardly any effort, like breakaway pants. Those little snaps in the front are helpful for quickly taking the swim diaper off, but it is not necessary at all. We did not even realize that those snaps existed until half way through the summer. We are obviously not that observant. The diapers were well worn all summer long and they lasted the entire time. Let me tell you, my son was not gentle to these. The swim diapers saw some things that they cannot unsee and they kept those aforementioned unmentionables from floating around the pool. These are awesome. They do not leak and they have cute patterns. They are extremely easy to clean. This summer, since our son has outgrown these, but we will be purchasing more because of how well they worked.

Good quality but this swim diaper definitely runs small. This size chart says X-Large / 24 Months / 25-30 lbs but it's tight on my 21 month 26lb toddler. Looks like I should have gotten the 3T. I like that it has snaps on one side but that actually seems to be the problem. The snaps dig into his hip and he had a bruise from it by the time we got him out of the pool. Unhappy. :(

Perfect for my son swimming class :-). My baby is 7 months old and these fit perfectly over the disposable diaper. The design is pretty cool too! And the snaps are very helpful when one needs to remove the diaper. One remark, it gets really really wet so I try to remove it right away after my baby gets off the pool.

It's probably a good product, bought I bought a 3T for my 18 month old son and they're too small. I can't even do the bottom button. My son is large for his age, but he fits 3T clothing just fine. We have a kawaii L swim diaper that fits well.

The first time we used these they gave all three of my toddlers a terrible rash on their inner thighs - they could hardly even walk due to how much it hurt from the fabric being too tight and rubbing their legs. I would not recommend these (obviously) & am bummed out b/c I do not even have the option to return them at this point.

I bought the largest size for my 2 year old. He is bigger than average, but these seem to run small. I haven't run into any issues with leaking even when my kids move to the next size up. The print is super cute and the snaps on the side are a godsend. We had one accident and being able to pull it off without getting the mess everywhere was key. My son wears this both with and without a suit over the top, depending on his mood.I love that I just wash, hang dry and put it back with the swimming gear and I don't have to worry about how many swim diapers I have left. Plus since we went swimming almost every day for two months this summer, I ended up saving money.

I love the design on this swim diaper and the side snaps are smart! My son is 26lbs at 16 months so wasn't sure which size to get. The XL fits around waste ok but was tight on legs, yet saggy around the butt area. However it never fell and I wasn't concerned about poop coming out (although, he never pooped while wearing it).
