I first tried this exact version of Sensodyne Pronamel in a 3 pack from one of the big warehouse, club stores. This will sound funny but the tube itself is so much better than any tubes. I have very big hands and everybody says, "squeeze from the bottom of the tube". I do and it still squeezes the middle and top of the tube. They've used some kind of higher quality material on the tube so that it has its own slight suction. You squeeze the paste out, let go and it pulls any excess back in and the tube looks like brand new. That taste is light and refreshing. The taking away cold sensitivity works. I had to wear braces on my teeth from ages 9 to 15. That's what caused my teeth to be sensitive. I can't bite into ice cream or even a popsicle. It will give me shaking cold chills. Cold drinks also flare up the sensitivity. When using this, I still have trouble with the popsicles and can't seem to force myself to bite into an ice cream (think Klondike bars, for example) but it removes the cold liquid sensitivity and that's a big deal since I drink a lot of cold fluid each day. The price here is pretty good. I went to buy another 3 pack of it at the warehouse, club store and bought the wrong pack. I bought the, I guess, older Sensodyne not Pronamel. So, I ordered this pack to hold me over until we go back to the club store. So, great tube, great taste and takes away my cold sensitivity on drinks. That's a good deal.

I've been using this toothpaste for many years because it give me strong teeth, Absolutely no sensitivity, my teeth are clean and strong. Love it would recommend to anyone.

When I was younger I used to get canker sores constantly, anywhere in my mouth, didn't matter, even canker sores on top of canker sores. I've even had them on my uvula, when I got older and got my tongue pierced I would get them around and inside the hole where the barbell went. You get the picture, I almost always had at least one, if I had none it would be for a few days it seemed and then I'd get another one. They would last for weeks at a time and rally screwed with my ability to eat, drink and sometimes talk. My mom was going crazy trying to figure out what was causing them but we never did and I resigned myself to just having to deal with the constant pain. Fast forward to being in my mid 20's and my aunt told me she heard that some people switched to sulfate free toothpaste and it got rid of the sore, so I gave it a go. I tried multiple brands and they all helped a little bit but nothing stopped them completely. Then one day I came across this toothpaste in a store and decided to give it a try even though it was crazy expensive and lo and behold the canker sores vanished within a week. Now I'm pushing 40 and the only time I get a canker sore if I have an injury in my mouth like bite my lip or cut my cheek somehow. it takes a few days for the cut to turn into a sore and at most they last for a week and a half tops and then they're gone, I've actually gone years without one before.Also the whitening works really well.My teeth are also no longer sensitive which is another plus.

Favorite toothpaste. The whitening seems to support the daily staining from eating and drinking.Toothpaste smells and tastes minty - smooth mint.It definitely decreased sensitivity - I can enjoy cold foods again.Leave my mouth/teeth fresh and clean.

My wife and I have been using this brand for years! Our teeth used to get sensitive to hot/cold but once we both switched to this toothpaste we no longer had that issue! We do regular dentist visits and this is the one they recommended as well.
