Why does a customer claim this has methylene chloride in it?

I don't see that ingredient, but I do see sodium chloride.

Can you use this for both hand and machine wash?

This is for dishwashing by hand only. I would not put this in my dishwasher!

Is this antibacterial?

No… I do not believe so; however, it is non-toxic so even better…
