With this pad replacement kit I was able to completely renew my Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. Before, all the ear pads and headband pads looked really old and worn out. The headphones overall looked like I should just throw them out even though they worked perfectly fine. Now after a little effort (instructions were good, too) all the pads are replaced and my headphones look like new!

Directions were easy to follow and they fit perfectly. I love the splash of gold on my otherwise boring black headphones. After purchasing these headphones I had to replace the pads after about two years. Had these headphones for many years and this is my second replacement set. So at this point my headphones are over five years old and I expect I’ll have to replace these pads in another two years. It’s a much cheaper alternative to buying new headphones every few years plus you can customize your headphones by buying whichever color you want. Most excellent product, very comfortable, and I will definitely purchase a third set in a couple years when I need it. Highly recommend.

I have a Bose QC35. This kit is everything I needed and more. I didn't realize it came with the inside mesh film/scrim mat too (that says R and L), so it was quite a surprise. Being my first time replacing the ear pads and headband, it was a little scary ripping apart my headphones, but the little tools provided made replacing everything really easy! You just have to know that the new headband comes assembled, so you gotta carefully pry open the bottom and top part of the new headband before you install it onto your headphones. Make sure to keep the screws and the buckle and put it back on at the end. The instructions do not specify these things but I was able to figure it out. Definitely worth the money though!

It comes exactly as it states in the description. The instructions are tricky and the video was not easy to follow. That said, we figured it out and it looks like a new headset now.Tricks:The instructions for the headband say to remove the tiny brackets. Do this over the box it comes in. The screws are the smallest screws known to mankind. You'd hate to dig those out of carpet.Then you are to CUT the old headband padding away without cutting the wire. You must be careful there. Make tiny cuts and rip the fabric to be very conservative. Then it says to install the bottom part of the headband... except at this point you have only the full headband... it doesn't say you are holding the new top AND bottom connected to each other and they must be separated. The video shows the guy doing everything at lightning speed so it took about 5 viewings to understand that detail.Then you place that bottom part of the headband under the headband. Then the top of the headband goes over the top of the band, making the headband's skeleton inside a headband sandwich. Make sure it clicks.The instructions say "you done [sic]".But, you have to still replace the brackets and Itty bitty screws. It is very very difficult to line up the bracket holes and the groove on the skelton. Doing this over the box is critical as you are bound to drop the screw or have it get misaligned on the magnetic screwdriver many many times. Solid lighting over the brackets is helpful.Hope this helps someone else not use as many cuss words as we did!

No zipper or Velcro, the replacement was easy and made my headphones look brand new. Also came with easy to follow instructions. Extremely pleased.

My original Bose QuietComfort 35 noise canceling headphones are nearly 8 years old. This was my second time replacing the ear pads due to daily use and first replacement for the headband. Instructions were clear and the Bose headphones look and feel like new again. I was a bit concerned about cutting off the existing headband that came with the headphones per the instructions, but that was the only way to get the original off and the replacement went on easily as advertised. New one looks and fits great like new. Came with a screwdriver and everything necessary to replace the original.
