Could you tell me the correct install way?

You can pin it up on Outside of back door but make sure magnets close together or do wat I did nailglued it to door frame

I have seem to have odd size door frames 95cm width x 206cm height can the 100x210cm be cut down to suit

You could possibly cut the bottom to fit but I don't think it would be a good idea to cut sides as the edges are reinforced. Mine were too wide and a bit too long so I stuck the edges to the door frame a bit further out and higher up to make fit.

If you look on Amazon or eBay they have different measurements. I am sure that you will find one to fit.
