How long will rice and pasta last in here? Potentially longer than sell by date?

The containers come with labels. You could check the expiration date and write it on the label. I wrote the expiration dates on a small notepad in my kitchen drawer.

I would like more of tallest size. Do you sell these individually or in smaller sets?

It's very hard to come by just one size. I've been looking for just the larger size and can't find it without the smaller containers.
