Q: Is this keyboard backlit?

I am using keyboars on my Lenovo T420S goes in very easily one ribbon and snap in. I just tested the keyboard backlight with Fn + spacebar and it doesn't work. But I read the backlight is for select R ,T, X, Z thinkpads don't see the option in my T420s user manual.
