I love this diffuser so much that I now have three of them. When I received my first one I struggled to operate it. It would beep but not activate, then it would start working only to cut out in seconds. I washed it out, swabbed with a q-tip, and did everything I could think of. Finally I hit on the problem. It doesn't like cold water. My tap water is very hard so I use distilled water to avoid lime build up. Room temperature water is too cold for the machine. Once I started putting water in a cup and warming it for a few seconds before adding it to the machine, I have not had one problem on any of the diffusers. I use this product as much to humidify the air as I do for the scent although I do love the pleasant scents available. By having multiply small machines rather than one big humidifier I feel the whole house gets the benefit. I'm so glad I found the key to making these work!

The instructions are poorly written and way more complicated than they needed to be. But it really doesn't matter. This worked for an hour, stopped and never worked again. UPDATE: On 3/25 I received an email from the manufacturer. They were quite upset about my experience with their product. And unilaterally insisted they send me another one so that I could enjoy their product to it's fullest. They seem very interested in my satisfaction. I have rarely experienced a seller with such devotion to their customer's satisfaction. They seemed truly upset by the whole thing and took action immediately. I will re-evaluate the product and update my experience. After all, it is the largest (greatest capacity) and the most aesthetically pleasing Diffuser I found! Stand-by another update on it's way....

I like the look of this oil diffuser and also the amount of water you can put into this little guy- it lasts a long time! If you add scented oil, it provides a wonderful room filling fragrance while adding beneficial hydration for my skin & sinuses. Consequently, a little bit goes a long way so you're not constantly having to buy aroma oils for it. In a nutshell, an overall quality product that I recommend.

arova 400ml aromatherapy essential oil is working great so far. I really like the changing of color because it is providing me a sense of peace and relief inspite of the noise of the tv. Honestly, I need to turn off all other lights for me to enjoy more the brightness of the technicolor.

When it worked it was good. It wasn't functioning when it arrived but with some manipulation it finally worked. That lasted for a few months until it died. I contacted the manufacturer and received no response. They received my payment and I had a semi-functioning item for a few months. I'm disappointed with the quality.

I love this large Aromatherapy Oil Diffuser. It is peaceful, calming, and it casts a wonderful aroma (using Essential Oil of choice)

This is the 4th of this model I've purchased since Dec 2016. The first 3 were gifts; the 4th was for me. Everyone is very pleased. All of the features offered make it so flexible. Different color light options, on or off, different timers, large capacity! I LOVE MINE! I run it at bedtime every night. Really good looking too. Just do treat yourself to organic, high quality oil.

This works really well and has a big enough copacity to run for at least 12 hours before running out of water.
